This four-week, group childbirth course will leave you feeling knowledgeable, confident, excited, and at peace about what lies ahead during the remainder of your pregnancy and childbirth. We will cover the stages of pregnancy, labor and delivery, exercise and nutrition, relaxation, pain management, and comfort techniques. We will explore the role of the birth partner, practice relaxation methods, and various positions for labor. You will have fun and meet other expectant parents in the area and laugh while learning!
